Pawster Parents Inc.'s Pet Foster Care Program Volunteer Liability Waiver: I agree to abide by the Program and Policies set forth by the Pawster Parents Pet Foster Care Program. I, hereby agree to hold Pawster Parents Inc. or its' fiscal sponsor Good Deed Donations, Inc., their Trustees, Executive Director, employees, agents, and assigns harmless from any and all liability on account of any personal injury, which I, my family members, or my pets may sustain while fostering an animal or animals for the Pawster Parent Pet Foster Care Program. I acknowledge that I participate freely and of my own volition and understand the risk associated with my participation, as it may involve animals both known and unknown to me. This release extends to all personal injuries sustained by me, my family members, my guests, and my pets. I assume responsibility for my own conduct and behavior while participating in this foster care program, whether I am on Pawster Parent property or offsite. I also hold the Pawster Parent Programs/Good Deed Donations, Inc., its Trustees, Executive Director, employees, agents, and assigns harmless from any damage to my personal belongings or apartment/home caused by the animal(s) I am fostering. I agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Pawster Parents’ Pet Foster Care Program, written, spoken, and implied. I understand that I volunteer on an “At Will” basis. I or Pawster Parents are free to end my status as a foster parent at any time, for any reason, with or without cause and with or without notice. I understand that there is always an adjustment period for any foster pet coming into my home. There is no specific time limit for an animal to be in foster care, and I am willing to work to make this foster pet a member of my family during his/her stay. I understand that many of these animals have survived tremendous odd and need lots of TLC (Tender Loving Care). I understand that Pawster Parents cannot be held responsible for the actions, behaviors, and/or medical condition of any animal in its program. Although Pawster Parents evaluate animals prior to accepting them into its program, they cannot guarantee the temperament of any of the animals since most of their histories are unknown; I agree to assume the risks implicit in working with animals who may have been abandoned, beaten, or otherwise mistreated or abused, or who may suffer from an illness, condition, or disease. I hereby certify that I am in good standing with local rescue groups and veterinarians. I understand my foster dog must be kept on a leash AT ALL TIMES when in an unfenced or unenclosed area, even when hiking, or just walking from my house to the car. Many rescue dogs are prone to being escape artists, especially in a new environment or when left alone. They may bolt out of an open front door. I will be aware and be careful. I understand that Pawster Parents reserves the right to check on the welfare of any foster pet on my premises, and to reclaim both possession and ownership without payment of any kind. In the event that I do not comply with the foster guidelines and Pawster Parents reclaims any foster pet from me, I waive claim to trespasser. I understand that Pawster Parents must approve all adoption applications, so I will not promise anyone that they can adopt my foster pet. A foster parent is allowed to adopt his/her foster dog by means of the normal application process. I also agree that if, at any time in the future, I cannot continue on in the foster program for ANY reason, I will not give away, sell or euthanize my foster pet. I will contact the Pawster Parent director for arrangements to be made to move the pet(s) into other foster homes within Pawster Parents’ group. I understand that Pawster Parent or the Placing Agency will be responsible for any routine medical expenses that may occur while the pet is in my care. If a veterinary visit is necessary, I must contact the Pawster Parent director before getting treatment and keep a copy of all receipts for reimbursement. In such cases, I understand I will need to complete a foster expense report, and submit it with the original detailed receipt for reimbursement. I hereby agree that any money that I collect or receive on behalf of the nonprofit Pawster Parent Program will be turned over to the Pawster Parent Executive Director or Treasurer. When fostering a pet for Pawster Parents, I understand that I will receive training information and that I am encouraged to participate in a training program to allow my foster pet to have the best chance of success in a forever home. This agreement is governed by and should be interpreted in accordance with the applicable federal laws and the internal laws of each State in the United States. Assignment: You may not assign this application agreement or any of your rights or duties under it to any third party without our prior written consent. Arbitration: In the event of any disputes both parties agree to arbitration before the pursuit of any legal action. Jury Trial Waiver: You and we both knowingly, voluntarily, intentionally and irrevocably waive any right to a trial by jury with respect to any litigation based on, arising out of, or relating to this application agreement, the services, or any other document, course of conduct, course of dealing, statements, whether verbal or written, or your or our actions. This provision is a material inducement for us to enter into the agreement. You also acknowledge that none of our representatives or agents have represented that we would not seek to enforce this jury trial waiver in the event of any litigation. Attorneys Fees: The prevailing party in any proceeding arising out of or relating to the agreement is entitled to recover its attorney’s fees and costs, in addition to any other remedy it may be entitled to, under applicable law. The undersigned applicant hereby grants the Pawster Parents Program permission to confirm any information provided in this application with any appropriate third party source, including landlords, veterinarians, etc. The information obtained will be held in confidence and used only by the Pawster Parents Program for purposes of this adoption application. I certify that all the information on this application is true and complete, and I understand that if any false information, omissions, or misrepresentations are discovered, my application may be rejected. I also understand that this adoption application is the sole property of the Pawster Parents Program. It is specifically understood that the Pawster Parents Program reserves the right to deny any pet foster care application at its own discretion. Typing your name below will serve as legal signature. By signing below, I am attesting to the truthfulness of my answers. Falsification of any of the above information will be grounds for disallowing your pet foster card application. Applicant must be 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse any applicant.

Below is our Pawster Parent Application. It is somewhat detailed for two reasons. One, so we can strategically match a needy animal to your expectations and interests. And two, to provide due diligence in weeding-out those who have nefarious intentions towards our animals as their safety is of paramount importance to us.
